This beautiful coffee from the Guji Highlands sees small holder farmers from over 500 farms delivering their coffee cherries to the Gogogu wash station for processing. These farms benefit from the fertile red soil, abundant sunlight, and refreshing cold winds—an ideal environment for exceptional coffee. The coffee undergoes a 60 to 72-hour wet fermentation process before being dried for 10 days. Grown at around 2000 meters above sea level, this is considered one of Ethiopia's highest-elevation growing areas. The result: A fresh bright coffee with notes of vanilla, brown sugar and peach.
