This beautiful coffee from Lot 3 on the small holding of Mustefa Abakeno, is bright and complex. We have roasted this light to medium which highlights the notes of stone fruits and brown sugar. Full of flavour and Best brewed as a drip filter to bring out all the character. This one is a real favourite.

Lovely coffee
This was a different take on Ethiopian coffee for me - i tend to prefer the blueberry/tea vibe - but this was surprising new profile for me (blood orange/ burrrnt sugar!) and it was delicious. My only critique was not knowing when it was roasted, unless I missed that in the label?

This was listed as light/medium roast and in my opinion it definitely leans on the medium side. Just something to keep in mind especially if you're into light roasted coffee.

For a roast that is supposedly light/medium it was incredibly bitter. Struggled to get anything resembling a nice cup of coffee after a week of trying different grind settings.
